Design
The Moka Induction is a refined blend of the classic moka pot and contemporary design. Choosing this coffee maker means choosing a tool that combines excellent functionality with distinctive aesthetics. The handle and the additional knob are made of black silicone, ensuring comfort and safety when serving hot coffee. The upper chamber is made of aluminum, while the lower one is crafted from stainless steel.
Use
The Bialetti Moka Induction works perfectly on gas, electric, and induction stovetops. Place the pot so that the handle is not exposed to direct heat.
Wash it by hand only, without detergents. Do not clean in a dishwasher.
When choosing the moka pot size, remember that you should always prepare the full amount specified by the manufacturer.
How does the moka pot work?
The coffee maker consists of three parts: the upper collecting chamber, the filter, and the lower water chamber. Fill the filter with ground coffee, pour water into the lower chamber up to just below the safety valve, and assemble the parts securely. Place the moka pot on the stove and wait a few minutes. As the water heats, it rises through the coffee grounds into the upper chamber.
